Strategist, Rob Ley Relationship Marketing


rob_teamRob provides marketing solutions that include customer engagement, promotions, advertising and Internet marketing. He specializes in developing the most promising and immediate opportunities to maximize ROI.  Rob’s services range from strategy and program development through management of program implementation.

Before founding Rob Ley Relationship Marketing, Rob drove relationship and loyalty programs as well as promotions and ad campaigns for top agencies such as Carlson Marketing, Campbell Mithun and BI Worldwide.  He led the $10MM advertising launch of new products for U S West/Qwest, led an international team in the launch of a telecom loyalty program in Poland and directed a 26-member Partnership Marketing team at Carlson Marketing.  He has developed and nurtured programs for Toro, Pillsbury, Visa, ADT Home Security, BP and other major brands. Rob holds a BA in Advertising from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and earned a Certification in Internet Marketing from the University of San Francisco.

A part of Rob’s practice focuses on marketing to, for and about persons with disabilities.  He serves as Disability Liaison for Mixed Blood Theatre, guiding a team of leaders in disability communities to promote inclusion of the persons they serve.  Rob serves on the board of directors of Mind Body Solutions, where he has practiced adaptive yoga since 2008.  He conducted a workshop on grass roots marketing at the National Conference of Executive Directors of ARC.  Rob is a former adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota School of Journalism and Mass Communications, where he taught Consumer Behavior.
