Founder/Band Leader, Conga Brand Consulting
Pat founded Conga in 2010 following a 20-year career as a marketing strategist and executive consultant with Rapp Collins Worldwide and BI Worldwide. He’s had the privilege of serving such world-class brands as Canon, Toyota, Western Union, Allianz, National Football League, Verizon, Target and many others. A native of Seattle, Pat earned his BA and MSPE at the University of Washington. His continuing education included instruction at the University of Chicago and the University of Minnesota, In addition, Pat earned a Six Sigma Black Belt while a Senior Vice President at Rapp Collins.
Prior to entering the agency world, he spent 13 years in senior marketing positions in Thoroughbred horse racing, including 8 years with the Santa Anita, the nation’s leading track, and its subsidiary Canterbury Downs in Minnesota. Pat’s community service has included serving on the Board of Directors of the Twin Cities Big Brothers & Big Sisters organization and chairing marketing for the Super Bowl Host Committee. He currently designs and teaches a class on Personal Values and Ethics for high school juniors and seniors. Pat’s married to Cindy and has two teenagers, Taylor and Sam, and five house cats.
