InnerViews

InnerViews is a boutique qualitative research firm whose discovery work is metaphor inspired. The firm was founded by Eunice Hogeveen and Betty Hutchins, two seasoned marketers with a passion for pushing the envelope of discovery. Our qualitative research approaches are based on neuroscience and cognitive learning that as human beings we not only speak metaphorically; we think metaphorically. Our approaches build from the fundamental understanding that we are all storytellers by nature. And they recognize that our emotions – not logic – have the greatest power over our decision-making and behavior. We would brand ourselves as emotional archeologists with a passion for strategy, a gift for storytelling and a collaborative working style.

Our collaborations with Pat Dawson have been particularly satisfying. We have used metaphor elicitation research in numerous categories which include financial services, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, travel and hotels.
